Meet Our Teachers

LeAnn Loghry
Director

LeAnn has a passion for working with and impacting the lives of young children. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has been on staff at Lifegate working with children in various roles for the past 18 years. She was the Children’s Ministry Pastor at Lifegate Church’s Papillion Campus prior to coming to the preschool. This is her ninth year as Director at Lifegate Preschool. She considers it an absolute honor and blessing to work with each child and partner with their family. LeAnn has been married to her husband, Bill, for 24 years and has three children, Lilly (19), Livia (16) and Will (12), who all attended Lifegate Preschool. She enjoys singing and bike riding in her spare time. LeAnn looks forward to all God has in store for each child He brings to the Lifegate Preschool program!

Arvela Robbins
Associate Director &
High Fives Head Teacher

Arvela is excited to share God’s love with future generations as they grow in faith and wisdom. This is her seventh year at Lifegate Preschool. She and her husband, Clashaud, of 19 years, are blessed with five children, Ayana (18), Shaud (16), Jaidell (14), Jeremiah (12), and Adara (10), four of whom attended Lifegate Preschool. Arvela has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She is a former Third Grade and Substitute Teacher. In her years of ministry, she’s served as a Sunday School Teacher, Children’s Choir Director and Assistant Children’s Ministry Director. Arvela’s prayer is that her students would know that through Christ, all things are possible!

Anna O’Donnell
Head Teacher

Anna comes from a family of educators and is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education herself. She has always had a passion for children and teaching them about the love of Jesus. This is her first year at Lifegate Preschool. Prior to joining the Lifegate Preschool team she served as a kindergarten para at Lifegate Christian School. She also has experience working as a preschool teacher and has served in the children’s ministry at Lifegate Church. In her spare time Anna loves to cozy up with a good book, spend time with family and friends, or take her dogs on walks. Anna is thrilled that the Lord has led her to Lifegate Preschool and she is so excited to see what the Lord does in this school year!

Amber Strohmyer
Head Teacher

Amber has her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and has always loved being around children. She has been a part of Lifegate Church for eleven years, and has volunteered with Lifegate Christian School over the last eight years.  She is married to her husband, Brinton, and has two children.  This is Amber’s sixth year teaching at Lifegate Preschool after being a stay-at-home mom for several years.  She enjoys spending quality family time with her husband and kids and enjoys being outdoors with her kids in her free time.  Amber is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the preschool team at Lifegate.

Kandice Raymond
Assistant Teacher

Kandice is very excited to be a part of the Lifegate Preschool team.  She considers it a blessing and responsibility to train God’s little ones. This is her second year on staff at Lifegate Preschool.

Psalm 46:10, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” is her favorite Bible verse and has carried her through many seasons of life. 

She has been married to her amazing husband, Dan, for 17 years and they have two sons, Ricky (22) and Trennan (21).

Nyadoth Dol
Assistant Teacher

Nyadoth finds joy in brightening the lives of those around her and serving those whom she believes God has placed in her path. Currently a junior at Creighton University, she is pursuing studies in Marketing and Finance with a minor in African Studies. Her deep-rooted relationship with God shapes her identity, and she feels blessed to hail from a large family and to have wonderful friends. She is the eldest daughter among six siblings, and originates from South Sudan. She was born in Cairo, Egypt and grew up in Papillion, Nebraska attending elementary through high school there. With three years of experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old, Nyadoth delights in being a part of young lives. She sees this as an opportunity to express God's love and uphold values like honesty, integrity, and compassion daily, which she cherishes. This will be Nyadoth's first year at Lifegate Preschool, and she is immensely grateful to be a part of such an amazing community.

Jenny Kunnath
Art Teacher

Jenny loves Jesus, art and kids! She sees art as an effective commutative tool and is excited to be a part of a team that helps students grow in wisdom and stature for the Lord in every area of life. She has been married to her husband, Sharad, for 20 years and has two very busy teenagers, Arpun(18) and Sanna(16). Both of her children benefited immensely from the amazing praying teachers at Lifegate Christian School during their elementary years. She has learned so much volunteering at school with them and from her experience helping with children’s ministry. Jenny completed her Bachelors in Architecture from India, but is hoping to have many years of helping build up strong little minds at Lifegate Preschool.

Linda Davison
Art Teacher
M/W/F AM & PM

Linda grew up in Southern California and has three grown daughters and seven grandchildren plus one great-granddaughter. She has served the church family in Papillion and West Dodge. Starting her eleventh school year with Lifegate preschool. Linda feels so blessed to be able to share Jesus while doing art crafts and projects with the preschoolers.  Linda loves Jesus and is so excited about the honor she’s been given to share His love to the children in her care and to be able to support and encourage those she works with.
